This document contains the full terms and conditions governing the use of the tv3 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing the tv3 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the tv3 platform (including the website and mobile app), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use tv3's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and tv3 as the platform operator. Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Users found to hold more than one account will be subject to account closure and forfeiture of all accumulated balances and bonuses. tv3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. tv3 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately so that appropriate security measures can be taken.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the tv3 platform for any unlawful purposes, including money laundering, identity fraud, or any activity that compromises the security of the platform or other users. Any attempt to hack, attack, or manipulate tv3's systems will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account in question will be terminated immediately.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the tv3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. tv3 does not accept third-party payments on behalf of users.
Successful deposits will be credited to your gaming account within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment method. Any delays caused by third-party financial service providers are beyond tv3's control. Withdrawal requests will be processed once all relevant conditions have been met, including the completion of wagering requirements for any active bonuses.

Account Suspension & Closure
Tv3 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or where management deems such action necessary to protect the integrity of the platform. tv3's decision in this regard is final. Balances in accounts closed due to a breach of terms will not be refunded.
Intellectual Property
All content on the tv3 platform — including logos, designs, text, software, and graphics — is the exclusive property of tv3 or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from tv3.
